Requesting your FNQ.net.au email address is an easy 3-step process.

  1. Submit your details so we can reserve your preferred email address for you.
  2. An invoice will be sent to you:
    • via Email if the "Current Email" field is completed
    • via Post if "Current Email" is empty
  3. When we receive your payment we will contact you via email or post with your new email account details.
    • If paid by credit card or PayPal: Usually same day or next day if the payment clears late in the day.
    • If paid by bank transfer: Usually same day or next day if the payment clears late in the day.
    • If paid by post: Will be posted out in the next 1-2 days after the cheque has cleared.
